One Ten is equipped with top-of-the-line security cameras throughout the common areas of the facility and monitored by our on-campus management team. A controlled-access entry gate also restricts access to residents and their guests, while each housing unit requires a key fob for entry.
One Ten is an all-inclusive, amenity-filled student living facility, including a stylish clubhouse, individual and group study lounges, computer labs, fitness studio, resort-style pool, game room, fire pit, beach volleyball court, and more. All of these amenities means your student will want to spend their time with us!
If your student does not have a roommate in mind, we can find them one with their interests and preferences in mind with our Roommate Matching program.
No Guarantor? No Problem, One Ten offers Leap as an option! Leap is a quick and easy process that fills in for a guarantor or parent co-signer. Leap's application is free online and takes around 5 minutes to complete. You will get a conditional decision within 30 minutes during normal business hours. Click here to apply or contact the office for more information.
Our student living facility is staffed with a professional management team for peace of mind. Whether it is to notify your student when they receive a package or to take care of a maintenance request, we are always here to help. We also have fun events to keep our students involved.
Making sure your student excels in college is our top priority. Each unit has wi-fi throughout and each bedroom is fully furnished, including a desk and chair. Additionally, we have individual and group study lounges with printers and a coffee bar to keep your student on top of their school work and on track to graduate.
Since One Ten is rented by the bed, you are only responsible for your student’s installment payments, not the payments of their roommates. Should their roommate move out before the contract term ends, you are not responsible for any portion of their installment payments.
One Ten is conveniently located near the University of South Alabama, which means your student can walk or bike to and from campus in addition to a number of popular destinations.
